Put your mind at ease. Our Aqua Stop system delivers fail-safe leak protection. It stops leaks automatically by closing the safety valve next to the tap. Simply enter the load type and soiling level, as well as personal preferences, such as dryness, speed, noise level and energy efficiency, in the Home Connect app. Programme Assistant makes a reliable recommendation about which programme to select. All you have to do is press start.
Remote Diagnostics – Remote diagnosis for fast and flexible solutions
Some issues can be solved at the push of a button, which is why we introduced dishwashers with Remote Diagnostics. Via remote diagnosis, NEFF customer service, with your permission, remotely accesses your appliance to identify the issue. If it can be solved at the push of a button, consider it done.
