If you spot the same product cheaper at any authorised UK retailer, we’ll do our best to match it.
How it works
If you’re ready to buy but see a lower like-for-like price elsewhere (including delivery, installation and warranty), just tell us before you purchase and we’ll review it right away.
How to request a Price Match
When you get in touch, we’ll just need a few details:
- Product information – full model number, brand and type (e.g. Bosch WAE24490GB Washing Machine)
- Competitor’s price – the amount you’ve seen advertised
- Competitor details – retailer name and website (if available)

Price Promise Terms & Conditions
To keep things clear and simple:
- Price matches must be agreed before purchase (not after delivery).
- The product must be brand new, boxed and in stock with the competitor (not display or imperfect models).
- The competitor must be a UK authorised dealer.
- Service conditions must be the same (e.g. delivery, installation, warranty).
- Additional Snellings & Gerald Giles discounts or promotions cannot be applied on a price match.
