Small Appliance Delivery

Free UK mainland delivery is available on small appliance orders over £100.

For orders under £100, delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the items ordered and start from £1.99 – £4.99. Delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout.

Small appliance orders are delivered throughout mainland UK using DHL or Royal Mail.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of the order being placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

• DHL deliveries are usually made the next working day after dispatch.
• Royal Mail deliveries are usually made within 48 hours of dispatch.

All deliveries require a signature. If alternative delivery instructions are provided (such as “Leave Safe”), Snelling Gerald Giles cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage once the parcel has been left as instructed.

Optional Delivery Upgrades

Next Day Delivery
If your order is urgent, you can select Next Day Delivery at checkout for £5.99. Orders must be placed before 14:00.

Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available for £14.99 on orders placed before 14:00 on Friday.

Please Note:

• Orders placed before 14:00 on Friday with Next Day Delivery selected will be delivered on Monday.
• Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday, over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Products must be inspected within two days of delivery. Any claims for damaged items cannot be accepted after this period. For full details (click here).

Large Appliance Delivery

Large appliance deliveries include products such as washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration and cooking appliances.

Local Delivery Areas (Norfolk & North Suffolk)

All large appliance orders are delivered by our own experienced delivery teams.

• Orders over £400 qualify for free delivery.
• Orders under £400 incur a delivery charge of £19.95.

Once your order is received, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a convenient delivery slot.

We also offer installation services on many appliances, with installation options available during checkout.

Please Note

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver most large kitchen appliances outside Norfolk and North Suffolk. If you enter a postcode outside our delivery zone, you will be informed during checkout.

Delivery Surcharges
Deliveries to these areas made by our courier on a 2-5 working day service after dispatch, we aim to dispatch within 2 workings days of the order being placed. You will receive an email confirming your delivery date.
