Choose a programme, option or a combination on your dishwasher and save it as a Favourite. It’s flexible to use – either using your Home Connect app or directly on the dishwasher. Start your favourite selection with a tap or push, and enjoy a few extra me-moments.
Home Connect
Home Connect joins your dishwasher to your smart home network. Thanks to this interoperability, you can enjoy new flexibility with remote services, and if you like, you can start your dishwasher via voice command. Or you might relax into the comfort of hearing music, watching the lights blink, or changing the colour when the dishes are sparkling again. In other words, your dishwasher is passionately connected to your digital convenience, both inside and outside the kitchen.
AquaStop – No more worrying about water damage
Put your mind at ease. Our Aqua Stop system delivers fail-safe leak protection. It stops leaks automatically by closing the safety valve next to the tap. You just need to see that the appliance is correctly installed and connected. The Aqua Stop guarantee comes on top of our appliance warranty, and it’s valid for the lifetime of your dishwasher.

Make the most of your dishwasher by selecting a programme that best fits today’s specific load. Download additional dishwashing programmes via your Home Connect app, and select the ideal programme for your daily needs.
Programme Assistant
Adaptable to your needs and priorities, Programme Assistant jumps in to advise which dishwasher programme suits each load. Simply enter the load type and soiling level, as well as personal preferences, such as dryness, speed, noise level and energy efficiency, in the Home Connect app. Programme Assistant makes a reliable recommendation about which programme to select. All you have to do is press start.
Remote Diagnostics – Remote diagnosis for fast and flexible solutions
Some issues can be solved at the push of a button, which is why we introduced dishwashers with Remote Diagnostics. Via remote diagnosis, NEFF customer service, with your permission, remotely accesses your appliance to identify the issue. If it can be solved at the push of a button, consider it done.

We offer FREE delivery on orders over £100. Deliveries of small items are made by DHL or Royal Mail.
Large appliances are delivered by our own delivery teams, installation services can also be selected during the checkout process. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver some large appliances outside of Norfolk and North Suffolk at the moment; you will be informed of this during the order process if you enter a postcode outside of our delivery zone.
Some manufacturers offer direct delivery of large appliances; you will be informed if this is available during the order process.
