Designed for owners of Miele washing machines with the TwinDos automatic detergent dispensing system, this convenient kit brings together three specialist Miele cleaning and maintenance products to help care for your appliance.

Regular maintenance is important, particularly for TwinDos. If the dispensing system is left unused for a prolonged period, detergent can dry inside the hoses and cause blockages. Using TwinDos Care with the machine’s dedicated maintenance programme helps clean the dispensing lines, while IntenseClean helps remove residues and deposits from inside the washing machine.

The kit also includes Miele descaler for use when descaling is required, giving you the key products needed to look after different aspects of your machine’s maintenance.

How often should you use the products?

Follow the instructions for your particular Miele washing machine and each cleaning product. IntenseClean is generally recommended one to three times per year. TwinDos Care should be used in accordance with the machine’s maintenance guidance, particularly when the system needs cleaning after prolonged non-use. Descaler is for use when required rather than automatically every year.

  • Small appliances: Delivered by DHL or Royal Mail.
  • Large appliances: Delivered free on orders over £400. Orders under £400 incur a £19.95 delivery charge. Installation services can be added during checkout.
  • Next Day Delivery: Selected products are available for Next Day Delivery. Where available, this option can be selected during checkout.
  • Delivery area: We are currently unable to deliver some large appliances outside Norfolk and North Suffolk. If your postcode falls outside our delivery area, we'll let you know during checkout.

All installations are carried out by our own experienced engineers. We'll install your new appliance, remove the packaging and connect it where appropriate (excluding gas appliances).
