  • Orders under £100: Standard UK mainland delivery is £4.99. Delivery charges for postcodes outside the UK mainland are calculated at checkout.
  • Small appliances: Delivered by DHL or Royal Mail.
  • Large appliances: Delivered free on orders over £400. Orders under £400 incur a £19.95 delivery charge. Installation services can be added during checkout.
  • Next Day Delivery: Selected products are available for Next Day Delivery. Where available, this option can be selected during checkout.
  • Delivery area: We are currently unable to deliver some large appliances outside Norfolk and North Suffolk. If your postcode falls outside our delivery area, we'll let you know during checkout.
