The cold water filter has been designed to allow you to quickly switch from tap water to cold filtered water. The Quooker tap supplies cold filtered water via a single push and turns which engaged will light the tap ring blue. The water passes through an activated-carbon filter which ensures the water tastes and smells better. The filter is easy to replace and must be changed every 12 months.

  • Large appliances: Delivered free on orders over £400. Orders under £400 incur a £19.95 delivery charge. Installation services can be added during checkout.
  • Next Day Delivery: Selected products are available for Next Day Delivery. Where available, this option can be selected during checkout.
  • Delivery area: We are currently unable to deliver some large appliances outside Norfolk and North Suffolk. If your postcode falls outside our delivery area, we'll let you know during checkout.

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2 working days of receiving them. Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email confirming your estimated delivery date.

All installations are carried out by our own experienced engineers. We'll install your new appliance, remove the packaging and connect it where appropriate (excluding gas appliances).

Installation is available across Norfolk and North Suffolk. Simply add a large appliance to your basket and enter your postcode to check availability.

Once you've placed your order, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery and installation date.
