SoftSystem Closing Mechanism
During day-to-day use the SoftSystem closing mechanism increases convenience and is a welcome touch. The SoftSystem, integrated into the door, cushions door closure ensuring soft closing even with fully loaded door shelves. In built-in appliances the door will close automatically from an opening angle of approx. 30°. The white finish on the soft closing system matches the door interior for a uniform appearance.
SuperCool
The automatic SuperCool function lowers the refrigerator temperature down to as far as +2 °C for as long as 12 hours – ideal for rapidly cooling freshly stored food.
Transparent Vegetable Bins
Transparent vegetable bins provide plenty of space for the organised storage of fruit and vegetables. In addition, they are easy to clean.
Reversible Door Hinges
The appliances are factory fitted with door hinges on the right. The reversible door hinges permit optimum use of the appliance wherever it is located.
Door-on-door System
The unit door and appliance door are firmly interconnected with the unit door being fixed directly onto the appliance door.
Vario Base
The VarioSockel permits the adjustment of kitchen units in height and depth.All four height-adjustable feet permit adjustment from the front with a 50 mm range. In addition, the ventilation grille can be adjusted within a range of 55 mm to match the front of the kitchen units.
Extra-deep bottle rack
Goods can be stored in two rows in the extra-deep bottle rack of the UIK models. For example, tall bottles in the rear row, and preserves or small pots of yoghurt at the front. Both rows are securely separated by an end-to-end rail. A re-positionable bottle holder keeps the bottles securely in position.
