Freezers with a 4 star rating will freeze food at a temperature of -18° C or below, meaning that the freezer can freeze fresh food and store frozen food for longer. LEC’s frost free technology stops the fridge from icing up, so there is no need to manually defrost. The cooling element heats up for a short period, melting any ice that has formed upon it, which then drains away safely through a duct
