The Siemens KG36NXX3AG freestanding fridge freezer offers a family-sized appliance with a convenient 237-litre fridge capacity and 87-litre freezer. It’s frost-free, has extra-cool meat and fish drawers and filtered air circulation for steady, even temperatures. This appliance comes in a stylish black finish and has an economical A++ energy rating.
Flexible storage
The fridge compartment has four shelves together with a salad box with humidity control and two half-width, extra-cold drawers for meat and fish. There’s also a wave-shaped rack for bottles and cans and further deep-bottle storage in the door, plus two shelves, including a dairy box. All the shelves are made from easy-to-clean safety glass and if something does get tipped over or leaks, the spillage is contained and cannot drip on to the shelves beneath.
Even cooling
A fan system circulates the air in the refrigerator compartment for constant temperature, so newly loaded foods are cooled faster. An air filter neutralises odours inside the refrigerator and filters out bacteria. Unpleasant substances from foods with intensive odours are absorbed, and the air remains clean and fresh.
Frost free
With this fridge freezer’s frost-free cooling system, you’ll never have to defrost the fridge or freezer. A ventilation system diverts the humidity from the freezer compartment so that the air inside remains dry. This process effectively prevents frost from forming on the inside of the appliance or on your food.
Extra cold
To prevent thawing of frozen foods when placing large quantities of new food in the freezer, you can simply activate a fast freeze function before going shopping. The appliance will then automatically cool down so that the new food you introduce does not unduly raise the temperature of the stored food. The fridge has a similar chilling function, so you can load the weekly shop without being concerned that it will cause an undesirable temperature rise in the stored food. The result is that your chilled food stays fresher longer.
