  • Deliveries made to UK mainland by DHL are the next working day after warehouse dispatch, we aim to dispatch within 2 workings days of the order being placed. You will receive an email confirming your delivery date.
  • All deliveries require a signature.  If alternative delivery instructions are given by the customer Snellings Gerald Giles will not be liable for the cost of the replacement should it go missing or damaged, after being left as the customer has instructed.
  • Next Day Delivery – If your order is urgent you can select ‘Next Day Delivery’ at checkout, this prioritises your order at our warehouse. The cost is £5.99. Your order needs to be placed before 15:00. Orders placed on a Friday for next day delivery will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day for next day delivery.

  • Please note  – We do not currently deliver to the Channel Isles or Ireland.
