- Orders under £100: Standard UK mainland delivery is £4.99. Delivery charges for postcodes outside the UK mainland are calculated at checkout.
- Small appliances: Delivered by DHL or Royal Mail.
- Large appliances: Delivered free on orders over £400. Orders under £400 incur a £19.95 delivery charge. Installation services can be added during checkout.
- Next Day Delivery: Selected products are available for Next Day Delivery. Where available, this option can be selected during checkout.
- Delivery area: We are currently unable to deliver some large appliances outside Norfolk and North Suffolk. If your postcode falls outside our delivery area, we'll let you know during checkout.

Installation is available across Norfolk and North Suffolk. Simply add a large appliance to your basket and enter your postcode to check availability.
