Returns, refunds and exchanges
Whatever your reason for a return, refund or exchange we aim to satisfy
your requirements quickly and easily.
- What if my goods are damaged?
When your goods are delivered, please inspect and inform us immediately
of any damages or missing items within 7 working days. This
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

- What if my goods are faulty?
If your purchase develops a fault within 14 days of receipt,
we will generally exchange or refund the item provided it is
in 'as-new' condition. This does not apply to faults caused
by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no
refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

- Showroom or telephone purchases
If you wish to return an item for whatever reason, you
must do so within 7 days with a receipt of purchase. If you require
a refund, we will issue with a credit note to match the value
of the item purchased. We also offer you a exchange policy*.
The item must be bought to our showroom within 7 days of purchase

Via our online returns policy you are entitled to cancel your
contract before you receive the goods and within 7 days after
receipt. To cancel, you must inform us in writing or by email.
Items are returned at the buyers cost provided the customer has
taken reasonable care of the goods before and after cancellation.
Customers are requested to return items in original packing unused
and preferably unopened. Goods can only be refunded once a return
has been received and examined by us.

Home entertainment products
We have our own specialist in house team to handle most of your
home entertainment servicing needs. If your purchase develops a
fault after 7 days and within its 12 month guarantee we will organise
a repair of the product for you free of charge. This does not apply
to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse for which there
can be no refund or exchange.
Kitchen appliances
Normally repairs to any product that develops a fault 7 days after
purchase and is still within its 12 month guarantee, will carried
out directly by the product manufacturer. As for most retailers,
we will provide you with the manufacturer helpline number so you
can contact them directly. However, as we value your custom, we
are happy to liaise with manufacturers on your behalf and keep
you updated throughout the repair process.

Warranties
We offer Extended Guarantees for your peace of mind with prices from leading
Insurance providers including Domestic and General with guaranteed full
protection after purchase. These warranty premiums, which include all parts & labour
repair costs, are not currently found on this website’s product pages.
