Delivery
Showroom or telephone purchases
We aim to be as flexible as possible to meet your delivery needs and
all local deliveries are carried out by our own specialised delivery
team. We also aim to keep you informed throughout, so you can make arrangements
to receive your products.
NB. Payments made by credit or debit card, products can only be delivered
to the cardholder’s address.
FREE local deliveries
We provide a FREE delivery service within 2-3 days to Norfolk and North
Suffolk for all products priced £300 or more. Our sales teams
will be able to advise you of the delivery details when you purchase
your products. This service is dependent on the product(s) being held
in stock in our warehouse. Saturday deliveries can be arranged, but for a small extra cost. Please
contact us for more details or ask instore.
Rapid response
We are able to offer a more rapid next day delivery if required, dependent
on the product(s) being held in stock in our warehouse, for a small
extra cost. Please contact us for details or ask instore.
Installation
We can arrange for the professional installation of your product(s) for
a small additional fee. Please contact us for details or ask instore.
Online purchases
Again, we aim to be as flexible as possible to meet your delivery needs.
All local deliveries are carried out by our own specialised delivery
team. National (UK mainland only) deliveries are made by Parcelforce
or Royal Mail.

Our local delivery service for online purchases is as for our showroom
and telephone purchases (see details above).
Rest of UK (mainland only)
Outside Norfolk and North Suffolk we are only able to deliver home entertainment
products - LCD and plasma digital TVs, DVD recorders, hi-fis, DAB radios,
digital cameras, camcorders and MP3 players plus small kitchen appliances.
Typical deliveries are made within 3-7 days. All standard delivery
charges are stated for each product within the product information
listed on the site. Saturday deliveries are available for a small extra
cost. For multiple purchases please contact us for more details.
We regret we are unable to deliver large kitchen appliances outside
the Norfolk and North Suffolk areas at this time. Please contact us for

All Parcelforce and Royal Mail deliveries must be signed for.
