Our Showroom
Our fantastic showroom features extensive displays of the latest home
entertainment and kitchen appliances. This includes the latest LCD and
plasma TV ranges from Sony and Panasonic and a large display of Bose products to Bosch, Neff and Miele freestanding and built-in appliances.
The showroom is conveniently located on Ber Street, in the centre of
Norwich, opposite John Lewis with free parking which also proves handy
when collecting your purchases.

Installation service
We offer a full delivery and installation service for a small fee:
- Home entertainment
This includes wall mounting your new LCD or plasma TV, installing Sky services
and fitting Bose sound systems that can not only supply music to one room,
but throughout the home.
- Kitchen appliances
We will remove your old appliance and connect your new appliance
to existing mains plumbing. We can recommend a qualified Corgi
registered fitter for gas
appliances.
- We’ll recycle your old appliance
When installing a new appliance we will arrange for the Eco-friendly
disposal and recycling of both the packaging and your old
appliance for you. Please contact

It’s easy to place your order!
When you have found the product you require click the ‘buy it now’ button.
If you want to add other items to your shopping basket order, simply click, ‘Continue
shopping’.
You will then be presented with your current shopping basket, enabling
you to adjust the quantity or delete products from your basket.
Once you are happy with the items in your basket, click the ‘Continue
ordering button’.
When you are ready to continue with your order you will be asked to
fill in your contact and delivery details. Please complete the registration
as accurately as possible.
You will then go to an order confirmation page where you can check whether
the items in your order and your details are correct.
You then proceed to the payment page where you select your chosen payment
method. Finally, the ‘Your order’ page confirms the items ordered,
payment method and delivery address.

Background
We are a family-owned electrical retailer, founded by Gerald Giles back
in August 1948, in Rose Lane, Norwich. Now run by Gerald’s son,
Paul the decision was made in 2007 to move to new, city centre premises
on Ber Street in Norwich, opposite John Lewis. Our fantastic showroom
has allowed for more extensive displays of the latest home entertainment
and kitchen appliances. We are main stockists of Sony, Panasonic, Bose,
Bosch, Neff and Miele products, fully justifying our status as one of
Norfolk’s leading and longstanding independent electrical retailers. |
